The Possibility of Reaching Box’s Normalisation in our Saudi context Why is it possible? When is it possible/reached/achieved? How will it be reached?

Stephan Bax argues that, "Our aim should be to attain a state of `normalization' in which the technology is invisible and truly integrated".
In the article of Stephen Bax I found that he explains how the CALL was in the past, present, and future. Also, he explains the three phases of CALL which were divided by
Mark Warschauer into three phases: Behavioristic, Communicative and Integrative.
Normalization is the stage when a technology is invisible, hardly even recognized as a technology, taken for granted in everyday life. Bax suggested the three steps of achieving normalizations: The first step is to identify the criterial factors which normalisation requires. The second is to audit the practice of each teaching context in the light of these criteria. The final step is to adjust our current practice in each aspect so as to encourage normalisation.
In Saudi schools, most of schools and university teach traditional way of teaching, but nowadays teachers started to use technological tools like:  projects, smart bored , smart phones etc…
In order to reached normalization, we should started from education system by providing technology in schools and encourage teacher to use it. Also, the student should be able to know how to use technology.
At the end, I think they will reached it by using technological in teaching such as : PowerPoint , project …

Technological Change and the Future of CALL By Mark Warschauer

The Mark Warshcaure states that technological change to new idea that CALL used in language teaching 10 change in information and communicative technology.
Saudi Arabia’s information and communications technology (ICT) has witnessed significant growth over recent year because of increasing of using technology and compotation. For example, ICT develop mobile internet witch can use for searching, e-milling and sending massage.University students, such as in our college the use of five emerge areas in our daily activities. Unfortunately, Students in schools do not learn how to use technology on a learning language. Computers should be used every day by language students and teacher in the classroom. Warshcaure suggested that to use the 5 areas   we have to improve student learning English. In my opinion, the use of teaching courses online by computers or laptop will achieve the goal of teaching English in technical and modern way.
